This is an integrative approach of counselling and coaching from a physical, emotional and mental health perspective. Check out the short video explaining this further, in the "library".
We offer individual and couples counselling & coaching similar to traditional talk therapy. Here, we meet once every 2, 3 or 4 weeks depending on the clients need.
We also offer an 8 week intensive counselling & coaching program. Here, you can sign up as an individual or couple. We'll have bi-weekly private sessions (similar to sessions above). And we'll also meet Monday-Friday, morning and evening, over the 8 weeks, to practice and integrate the tools you're introduced to in the private sessions. These daily sessions will be in a group setting on zoom.
This program is built with the intention of getting 6 months worth of counselling into 8 weeks.
In traditional talk therapy, you are introduced to tools and resources and it's up to you to integrate them into your personal life, between the sessions. This is not easy considering our busy schedules.
In this program, we'll have biweekly private sessions and then daily practice to integrate the tools and skills learned.

All services are for 18 years and over.
Group sessions: Monday to Friday - 8am and 7pm PST
Individual & Couples sessions: Friday and Saturday - between 10am-6pm PST
Unfortunately no. This program is trauma informed and not trauma focused. So, it's not best suited if you are looking for acute trauma support. The 1 on 1 sessions will go into some depth of your childhood and we'll be working on unlearning/balancing unconscious coping mechanisms that were developed due to chronic emotional and mental trauma.
No. This program falls under the context of a wellness and skills development group. You will receive personalized support in the individual bi-weekly sessions.
Using an eclectic approach, based on the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model, we will work with grief, shame and self-trust (watch my video about why we focus on these). You'll be guided through mindfulness based somatic exercises and a unique version of an inner child guided exercise to perceive what emotional safety feels like in your body. All of these work together to build a foundation for emotional and mental health regulation. You'll be learning to get better at feeling emotions rather than just wanting to "feel better" and disassociate.
The 8 week program, Monday-Friday, group sessions are only online.
Individual and couples private sessions are provided both online and in-person.
